Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

• Deposit – 50% required to confirm a reservation.
• Balance – on arrival by Visa/Mastercard, travelers check or cash.
• Cancellations must be confirmed by email or fax.
• At least 45 days prior: Full refund less $30 administration fee
• 30 – 44 days prior: 25% of booking charged
• 15 – 29 days prior: 50% of booking charge
• 8 – 14 days prior 75% of booking charged
• 0 – 7 days prior: 100% of booking charged.
